Over the years I keep noticing something quietly amazing: my clients change and grow up right in front of me. A couple I photographed for a love story turns up a year or two later for a wedding. Then with a rounded belly. Then they bring a little one to the shoot. And I realise I've known their story from the very beginning.
One couple — a whole story
One of my favourite things in this work is photographing the same couple at different stages: love story, wedding, pregnancy, family. It's a rare luxury — to watch a relationship grow and gather it into a single visual diary you can page through for years.
Part of what matters
When people invite you back again and again, you quietly become part of the most important stages of their lives. I feel less like just a photographer and more like a small part of these stories — and I treat that as a deep trust worth protecting.
Years work in your favour
With each new session we don't have to get acquainted again. I already know how a person moves, what makes them self-conscious, where they look their best; they know they can trust me. That accumulated connection makes the frames more honest and alive than a first shoot with a stranger usually allows.
Let's start your story
If an important stage is ahead — a date, a wedding, expecting a baby — I'd be glad to photograph it, and maybe stay your photographer for years to come. You can see the work in the portfolio.
